Photographers holds no responsibility if the photos captured do not meet requirements if you have not specified the style or requested additional photos to the normal style of shoot. Babytreephotography cannot be held responsible for photographs that could not be taken due to time constraints or other unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure or non-complying children. The photographer will do their up most to capture newborn shoots to match the existing gallery of work but cannot be held responsible for newborns that will not go into specific poses. The photographer will do their utmost to try to pose newborns in 3 poses e.g. basket, bum in air and curled fur blanket. All images are edited to the photographer's ability as required, however if you are requiring further editing, these are at a cost dependent on requirement. Additional time can be requested at the time of the booking, subject to availability of photographer.

Before/After shoot you will be required to sign a declaration to opt in if you would like your photos to be uploaded on social media. Modeling photos will require a declaration to be signed to allow me to use your photos for advertising purposes. On declaration you will need to confirm you have read the privacy policy and agree with the terms stated.
Sneak peak
On the declaration you will be asked if you would like a sneak peek and will be sent via social media, messenger or email. If you you are not satisfied with the images you have 24rs to contact the photographer to resolve, if this is not done you will waver all rights (copyright is held by photographer) You will on have printing rights.
USB/Disc- Digital download
Digital Download - All shoots will now have digital images sent via we transfer. This is approx. within 2 weeks of your shoot. I will message you to let you know when I will be sending the images. To download - Click the download link then scroll down and click the zip file. This will download all the images to your device in one go for you to print. The declaration will have a choice of if you would like a usb this is only for weddings. you will need to agree that you are happy to receive a non-encrypted disc or USB of images. If you require me to post disc/USB they will go 1st class royal mail unless you wish to add additional cost for signed/registered post. I will not take any responsibility if lost in transit. Images will be stored on laptop until transferred to long term storage device as per privacy policy. All images will be deleted once confirmed you have received your digital download unless a wedding where they are kept upto 1 year as sent on USB. All downloads will be sent via we transfer, and photographer will notify you when they have been sent so you can check your email. The file will be deleted 2 weeks after email photographer receives email notification that client has downloaded email. It is upto the client to download within 14 days of files being sent to Laptop or Ipad. Some phones may shrink resolution of the files so always check if you have an issue before the 14days deadline.
Agreement
On declaration you will need to have read the privacy policy and agree to all terms and conditions.
Photographer accepts no liability to person/s or personal possessions or property on a location shoot. This includes damage or injuries to possessions or person.
Please note digital images are non- refundable so please make sure you have expressed in detail the style of shoot, backdrops and props. If digital images meet the current gallery of photos displayed on Facebook or website you will not be liable to request a refund.
If your disc or USB is damaged a replacement will be sent out accordingly and no refund will be issued in this instance.
Digital download will be sent via we transfer - Photographer will notify client that they have been sent. When photographer receives notification that client has downloaded files. The files will be deleted after 2 weeks.

3. The Photographer(s) will document the events in a candid manner and take formal portraits as necessary. The client should provide a full list of formal photographs required (please use sheet provided) including names and relationship to the client, during consultation.
4. Prior to or during the event, the client may inform the photographer of subjects which they would like photographed, but the final content of the images is at the discretion of the photographer.
5. The client will ensure that the guests at the event do not interfere with the photographers work. Other persons may take photographs at the wedding and reception. However all ?formal? or other shots set up by the photographer will be used solely by the photographer a short time after clients guests are allowed to take pictures of the group poses. This is to ensure the photographs are of a consistently high standard. The photographer cannot be responsible for unusable shots due to distractions from clients guests (i.e. eyes pointing in multiple directions or being closed) and other circumstances beyond the photographer?s control. If the client requires posed shots of the couple the photographer will require some time with the client away from clients guests in order to produce more personal pictures.
6. When using digital photography the photographer(s) will be under no obligation to display the images while the event is still underway. Wedding images will be available for preview within 1 week from the wedding day. Disc will be available upto 2 working weeks after wedding unless due to public holidays there maybe a delay.
7. Photographer and client agree that photographer owns any and all copy and reproduction rights and client agrees not to reproduce or copy any proof or photograph taken of the event for commercial use.
8. Cancellation: If photographer has to cancel this contract for any reason (death, injury, sickness etc.) their liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
After a period of 14 days from date of signing this contract, as compensation for loss of income the following charges apply to coverage fee. 30 days or less = 100%, 31-90 days = 60%, 91-120 days = 40%, 121 days up = 0% (days are given as days before the wedding). These must be paid at time of cancellation otherwise cancellation will not be considered to have been given. Should said cancellation be a postponement, subject to availability all money paid may be applied to new wedding date. In the event of the photographer taking another wedding booking on your cancelled date a full unconditional refund of monies paid will be made.
9. If the photographer is unable to perform due to fire or other casualty, strike or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the photographer?s illness or injury, then the photographer shall return the deposit to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that images are lost through equipment malfunction, lost in the mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on part of the photographer. In the event that the photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the photographer?s fee.
10. Payment: The client?s payment to the photographer shall be as follows: A booking fee of £40.00 is due at the signing of this agreement, which is not refundable see previous clauses. The remainder of the Photographer?s fee £______________ (package price minus deposit) is payable a minimum of 14 days prior to the wedding day.
11. The photographer will upload a gallery of randomly selected images to a facebook/website so that the client and their friends may preview images. This gallery will be temporary (3 months minimum), and will be removed from the photographers website at their discretion. The photographer shall have no obligation to distribute the images to the client?s friends and family; individuals wishing to obtain images directly from the photographer will be charged their current rate for prints.
11a. I agree to the terms that if I am not satisfied with the preview pictures I will contact the photographer within 24hrs if this is not done then I waver all rights am not entitled to any refund. Due to the fact I will receive all photos taken on day on disc. If my personal preference of photos have not been changed this is no fault of the photographer as I have given permission to edit random photos, If additional photos are required editing as requested by the client these may incur a fee. If you have tagged or commented on the preview photos again this is consenting that you like the preview photos and no refund will be taken into consideration.
12. The photographer will aim to maintain backup copies of the images in their archive for a period of 6 months.

Babytreephotography consultation
Firstly let me congratulate you on letting me share this special occasion. Feel free to browse through the photos on my Facebook page and website. Once you have made the decision an have emailed me to check availability. I will arrange a consultation to gain more details of the type of photographs you would like me to take on your special day. I like to work closely with the client to establish what photos they would like taken on the day therefore I will complete a check list. Also on the day I would like as much input from the clients about the photos as possible so you will not be disappointed for example special requirements or special photos of guests.
This way you will have the photos you would like not just what a photographer would like!
Basic Package
I will take photogapher?s at the church or registry also at a location of your choice. These will include shots of the marriage contract being signed. etc. Once the photot?s have been taken at the church or registry it is aways nice to go to to a nearby location to have some more inter-mate photos taken of family and friends. Weather permitting.
This takes approx 1 hr on location after ceremony.
Upgrade Package
An upgrade package is available where I can take photo?s before the ceremony of the bride and groom preparing for the ceremony. Also Speeche?s and A cake cutting and lost of details shots of the venue and setup for you to keep as a reminder of your special day. I will be leaving before the first dance and the evening entertainment begins.
Once these photos have been take I encourage your guests to bring a camera of have a disposable camera for the evening entertainment for those perfect candid shots. This is where you can relax and enjoy your special night without the photographer following your every move.
The photos will not be viewable through the editing process. The photographer will select photos at random to change into b&w etc. This will take approx 1 week for your sneak peak to appear on Facebook or website. The disc will be available within 2 weeks of the wedding date unless a delay due to public holidays. I will also create several collages FREE of charge for you to print.
Depends on where you hold you wedding and who will be resiiding over the wedding as to what photos I can take please confer with the persons involved and gain permission for tose special photos as I maybe refused to be allowed to take certain photos on day.

3. The Photographer(s) will document the events in a candid manner and take formal portraits as necessary. The client should provide a full list of formal photographs required (please use sheet provided) including names and relationship to the client, during consultation.
4. Prior to or during the event, the client may inform the photographer of subjects which they would like photographed, but the final content of the images is at the discretion of the photographer.
5. The client will ensure that the guests at the event do not interfere with the photographer's work. Other persons may take photographs at the wedding and reception. However, all ?formal? or other shots set up by the photographer will be used solely by the photographer a short time after client's guests are allowed to take pictures of the group poses. This is to ensure the photographs are of a consistently high standard. The photographer cannot be responsible for unusable shots due to distractions from client's guests (i.e. eyes pointing in multiple directions or being closed) and other circumstances beyond the photographer?s control for example weather or unsuitable conditions in which to work to allow space to take photos. If the client requires posed shots of the couple the photographer will require some time with the client away from client's guests in order to produce more personal pictures.
6. When using digital photography, the photographer(s) will be under no obligation to display the images while the event is still underway. Wedding images will be available for preview within 1 week from the wedding day. Disc will be available for 2 working weeks after wedding unless due to public holidays there may be a delay.
7. Photographer and client agree that photographer owns any and all copy and reproduction rights and client agree not to reproduce or copy any proof or photograph taken of the event for commercial use.
8. Cancellation: If photographer has to cancel this contract for any reason (death, injury, sickness etc.) their liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
After a period of 14 days from date of signing this contract, as compensation for loss of income the following charges apply to coverage fee. 30 days or less = 100%, 31-90 days = 60%, 91-120 days = 40%, 121 days up = 0% (days are given as days before the wedding). These must be paid at time of cancellation otherwise cancellation will not be considered to have been given. Should said cancellation be a postponement, subject to availability all money paid may be applied to new wedding date. In the event of the photographer taking another wedding booking on your cancelled date a full unconditional refund of monies paid will be made.
9. If the photographer is unable to perform due to fire or other casualty, strike or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the photographer?s illness or injury, then the photographer shall return the deposit to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that images are lost through equipment malfunction, lost in the mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on part of the photographer. In the event that the photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the photographer?s fee.
10. Payment: The client?s payment to the photographer shall be as follows: A booking fee of £40.00 is due at the signing of this agreement, which is not refundable see previous clauses. The remainder of the Photographer?s fee £______________ (package price minus deposit) is payable a minimum of 14 days prior to the wedding day.
11. On declaration you will need to sign to allow the photographer to upload a gallery of randomly selected images to a Facebook/website so that the client and their friends may preview images. Once given consent via declaration form This gallery will be temporary (3 months minimum) and will be removed from the photographer's website at their discretion. The photographer shall have no obligation to distribute the images to the client?s friends and family; individuals wishing to obtain images directly from the photographer will be charged their current rate for prints.
11a. I agree to the terms that if I am not satisfied with the preview pictures, I will contact the photographer within 24hrs if this is not done then I waver all rights am not entitled to any refund. Due to the fact I will receive all photos taken on day on disc. If my personal preference of photos has not been changed this is no fault of the photographer as I have given permission to edit random photos, if additional photos are required editing as requested by the client these may incur a fee. If you have tagged or commented on the preview photos again this is consenting that you like the preview photos, and no refund will be taken into consideration. With regards to what photos are taken photographer will do there upmost to make sure that all photos meet requirement from the consultation list. If the photos are not listed photographer is under no obligation to ensure that the photo has been taken. please see the above portrait terms and conditions on style of shoot and other requirements please note digital images are non-refundable soon as you have possession or USB/disc.
12. The photographer will aim to maintain backup copies of the images in their archive for a period of 6 months. Photos will be stored on laptop and then transferred to long term storage devise for a total of 1 year then all images will be deleted.
12a. Privacy Policy - On declaration you will need to sign that you have agreed that you have read and agree with the privacy policy on my website (PRIVACY POLICY)
USB/Disc
On declaration you will need to agree that you are
happy to receive a non-encrypted disc or USB of images. If you require
me to post disc/USB they will go 1st class royal mail unless you wish to
add additional cost for signed/registered post. I will not take any
responsibility if lost in transit. Images will be stored on laptop until
transferred to long term storage device as per privacy policy. All
images will be deleted after 1 year.
Agreement
On declaration you will need to have read the privacy policy and agree to all terms and conditions.
Photographer
accepts no liability to person/s or personal possessions or property on
a location shoot. This includes damage or injuries to possessions or
person.
Please note digital images are non- refundable so please
make sure you have expressed in detail the style of shoot, backdrops and
props. If digital images meet the current gallery of photos displayed
on Facebook or website, you will not be liable to request a refund.
If your disc or USB is damaged a replacement will be sent out accordingly and no refund will be issued in this instance.
Babytreephotography consultation
Firstly, let me congratulate you on letting me share this special occasion. Feel free to browse through the photos on my Facebook page and website. Once you have made the decision and have emailed me to check availability. I will arrange a consultation to gain more details of the type of photographs you would like me to take on your special day. I like to work closely with the client to establish what photos they would like taken on the day therefore I will complete a check list. Also, on the day I would like as much input from the clients about the photos as possible so you will not be disappointed for example special requirements or special photos of guests.
This way you will have the photos you would like not just what a photographer would like!
Basic Package
I will take photographers at the church or registry also at a location of your choice. These will include shots of the marriage contract being signed. etc. Once the photos have been taken at the church or registry it is always nice to go to to a nearby location to have some more inter-mate photos taken of family and friends. Weather permitting.
This takes approx 1 hr on location after ceremony.
Upgrade Package
An upgrade package is available where I can take photo/s before the ceremony of the bride and groom preparing for the ceremony. Also, Speeches and A cake cutting and lots of details shots of the venue and setup for you to keep as a reminder of your special day. I will be leaving before the first dance and the evening entertainment begins.
Once these photos have been take, I encourage your guests to bring a camera of have a disposable camera for the evening entertainment for those perfect candid shots. This is where you can relax and enjoy your special night without the photographer following your every move.
The photos will not be viewable through the editing process. The photographer will select photos at random to change into b&w etc. This will take approx 1 week for your sneak peek. The USB will be available within 2 weeks of the wedding date unless a delay due to public holidays.
Depends on where you hold you wedding and who will be presiding over the wedding as to what photos I can take please confer with the persons involved and gain permission for those special photos as I maybe refused to be allowed to take certain photos on day.
